I don't know why anybody would do lead scoring manually anymore.

The system behind 50k leads scored.

The result came from combining broad company data with contextual website analysis, then turning the strongest scores into audiences the team could activate.

The challenge

Full Scale is a 300-person software development company serving more than 60 businesses. Because almost any company with software developers could look like a prospect, its apparent market was so broad that identifying the best-fit customers had become the real challenge.

The team had tried narrowing the market city by city, looking for the strongest technology companies and startups in each region. Public sources could provide company and contact data, but they could not reliably show what a business actually built or filter out poor fits such as other development agencies, marketing agencies and IT recruiters.

The result

H2 built a lead-scoring system that analysed 50,000 companies against an iterated set of fit criteria. It combined public company data with AI website analysis to understand what each business built, remove poor-fit categories and rank the strongest opportunities.

The highest-scoring segment gave Full Scale a defined audience of several thousand companies for direct outreach, LinkedIn audience building and paid advertising. That tighter focus reduced advertising costs and created an account-based marketing foundation that could extend to channels such as YouTube, X and Meta.
