The challenge

Epigraph helps e-commerce brands improve conversion and reduce returns by showing customers detailed 3D product visualisations before they buy. The company had a strong product and an active sales team, but outbound prospecting was largely manual and could not yet operate at scale.

Not every online retailer was a viable prospect. Creating a 3D model made the most commercial sense for higher-value products, and the opportunity varied significantly across categories such as jewellery, hardware and outdoor equipment. Working with QC Growth, H2 needed to find the segments where the offer would be most compelling.

The result

H2 sourced e-commerce brands through Store Leads, classified each company by product category, identified what it sold and assessed its price points. That research made it possible to qualify brands on commercial fit rather than relying on broad industry labels alone.

The strongest campaign referenced a high-ticket product from each prospect's own website and offered a free 3D visualisation trial for that item. After testing several markets and messages, the personalised approach produced a predictable flow of opportunities and generated 58 leads.
